WESA at the 33. Karrieretag Familienunternehmen

On Friday, 8th November 2024, WESA took part as an exhibitor at the 33rd "Karrieretag Familienunternehmen" (Career Day for Family Businesses) on the campus of SMS group in Mönchengladbach.

The event provided WESA, and in particular our Managing Director, Mr C. Maier, the opportunity to connect with talented young professionals and present our company.

What was particularly impressive was the large number of visitors specifically seeking the family-oriented corporate culture of medium-sized businesses. The WESA stand was well attended, and numerous interesting conversations took place with motivated graduates and professionals, who brought not only expertise but also a genuine interest in our values and vision.

The exchange with other family-owned businesses also proved to be very valuable.

We look forward to continuing these discussions and potentially welcoming some of these talents to our team soon.
